My name is Alisha and I graduated from Bodymechanics School of Myotherapy and Massage and am the owner of Back to Balance Bodywork LLC. I specialize in therapeutic massage to help work out those aches and pains and get your body back in balance.

Hi, I'm Rayna and I have been a massage therapist for ten years. I specialize in deep tissue and treatment work. I graduated from Everest College in 2013 and have worked in Spas but found my passion in helping my clients heal from injuries and decrease chronic pain and tension.

I am a graduate of Pacific Northwest Massage Academy and am constantly continuing my education. I’m passionate about massage. Its physical, emotional, and overall therapeutic benefits help to relieve life’s everyday stress. 

I specialize in various forms of massage: Swedish Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Pregnancy, and Ashiatsu. With use of hot stones, cupping, guasha, face massage, and Indian head massage, these techniques can help elevate your massage experience.
 

I am a skilled and intuitive massage therapist dedicated to helping clients reconnect with their bodies and cultivate a deeper sense of well-being. With a holistic approach rooted in both experience and empathy, I see therapeutic massage and self-care as essential components of a vibrant, balanced life.

Drawing from a diverse toolkit of bodywork modalities—including Myofascial Release, Shiatsu, and Deep Tissue Massage—I tailor each session to meet the unique needs of the individual, creating space for deep healing, stress relief, and restored alignment.

I began my journey as a holistic health practitioner in 2010 and formally trained at the National Holistic Institute, where I completed 900 hours of massage therapy education in 2018. My work is grounded in a deep respect for the body's innate wisdom and a commitment to empowering clients through compassionate, informed touch.

D’Ghon Culpepper is a licensed massage therapist with over a decade of hands-on experience in therapeutic bodywork. Known for his strength, precision, and deep understanding of movement, D’Ghon blends clinical technique with an intuitive approach to help clients relieve pain, improve mobility, and recover with purpose.

His work draws from a strong foundation in strength training and physical coaching, allowing him to tailor each session to meet the specific needs of active individuals, athletes, and anyone dealing with chronic tension or injury. Techniques may include deep tissue massage, cupping, scraping, and movement-informed recovery work — all delivered with intention and care.

D’Ghon believes massage is more than just a luxury — it’s a powerful tool for restoring balance, building resilience, and supporting the body’s ability to heal. Clients appreciate his no-nonsense approach, grounded energy, and commitment to helping them move and feel better in their everyday lives.

I'm a graduate of BodyMechanics School of Myotherapy and Massage.  After 25 + years in the dental field, I transitioned into massage therapy to pursue a more hands-on healing focused path. I offer customized sessions using Swedish, Thai and PNF techniques to relieve pain, restore mobility, and support overall well being.  My goal is to help you reconnect with your body and feel your best inside and out. 

I am a licensed massage therapist who has focused my continuing education on muscle energy technique and Thai approaches. My goal is to mindfully address imbalances in posture, muscle tension and circulation by creating a session that is tailored to my client's needs that day.

I am motivated by providing care that helps people feel listened to. It means the world to me that my client's show up for themselves!

Outside of work, I enjoy playing piano, hiking, snowboarding and spending quality time with my wife and our cat.

My name is Shawna and after 24 years of dedication and practice, I love being a therapist just as much today as my first day! I prefer a massage technique that allows me to use the comforts of a spa-quality massage along with the benefits of a deep-tissue therapeutic massage.
