-Shift Differential Pay

$20/hr for downtime,

● Hourly pay when not massaging

● The ability to use the tools needed for your treatment plan. We do not charge our clients for the use of hydrotherapy towels, hot/cold stones, essential oils, etc…

● Freedom to create your own treatment plan based on the needs of the client without micromanaging

● Sick pay

● Front desk associates to keep your schedule full and supply you with clean fresh towels, sheets, and other essential supplies.

Requirements to apply:

● Applicants must be tobacco-free. As a wellness studio, it’s important to practice what we preach!

● Reliability is also a must- we expect our Therapists to have a stable source of transportation, and to show up on time, clean, and prepared to give our clients the care they deserve.

● Applicants must possess an Active Washington State Massage License and current Personal Liability Insurance Policy.

We feel that our LMT’s deserve our gratitude and appreciation and should be compensated with a wage that they deserve for their contribution to our team. This is why our LMT’s are paid for ALL No Shows and Late Cancellations.

We are a business owned and operated by LMT’s so we understand the needs of the massage therapist. We believe spa essentials and therapeutic modalities are not something the client should ever have to choose between. You should never be forced to upsell essentials. All of our massages include hot towels, hot stones, and certified organic therapeutic-grade essential oils at no extra cost to the client.

We are open to hiring therapists in all stages of their careers. Whether you are fresh out of school or a seasoned therapist. We encourage everybody to apply!

Currently, we have one Ashiatsu room and have space to accommodate one more additional therapist who is certified in Ashiatsu Massage.
